Your New Job

We are now looking to strengthen our ventilation team.

As a Sales Engineer, you will actively work to engage stakeholders, HVAC consultants, and contractors to sell Lindab's products and solutions/systems. You will closely collaborate with our District Sales Representatives and Project Engineers who develop technical solution proposals, working together to create and develop business opportunities for complete ventilation solutions.

The role of Sales Engineer is both technical and commercial, and you will be responsible for ensuring that Lindab's technical solutions are specified by the selected consultants and contractors you are responsible for – your focus customers. This will involve training in our software and plug-ins for sizing, as well as close collaboration with the rest of our technical teams. You will work with high-quality solutions in an industry-leading company.

You will be part of the team for Technical Solutions and Services along with other Sales Engineers, where we have an expansive strategy and work with the entire value chain, from development and creation of future solutions and products to packaging the existing product portfolio.

The role is field-based, your location will be Linköping, and your area of responsibility mainly extends between Norrköping and Jönköping.

Travel is required, and you can expect about 20 overnight stays per year.

Your Profile

  • We prefer that you have a post-secondary education at the university level or higher with a technical focus.
  • Experience in technical sales is an advantage.
  • You have good knowledge of the Office suite, and it is positive if you have experience working in CRM systems.
  • MagiCAD/Revit experience is highly meritorious, as well as experience with Lindab's software such as TEKNOsim, LindQST, CADvent plugin.
  • You have strong communication skills and enjoy educating and presenting.
  • You have good social skills and feel comfortable regardless of the environment.
  • You are driven, reliable, and responsible, and find motivation in challenges.
  • You are passionate about creating value in the customer's business.
  • You have a down-to-earth approach and see order and tidiness as a given.
  • You want to be a proud representative of Lindab and sell our high-quality solutions.

Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement for this position, as you will have a lot of communication with our customers. We also prefer that you have good knowledge of English. You have a B driver's license.
